Alyssa’s mother is currently in an asylum because of it and Alyssa herself is trying to lead a normal life ignoring the fact that she is different. Review: We learn immediately in the opening chapter of Splintered that Alyssa is directly related to the Alice from Alice in Wonderland although it comes with a curse of her the voices of plants and bugs immediately after the women of the family reach puberty. ![]()
